(SROC) values your continued patronage and tries its best to deliver your order in the variety, color and time requested; given the availability of the natural raw materials, factory capacity available at the time of order placement and on the handwork required by products ordered.   If you or your order recipient are not satified with the quality of our Nature based product or if the product has been damaged prior to receipt, please contact us, giving details at , within 7 days of receipt of the products. Based on infomation given, SROC shall give an authorization number and instructions and may replace the product.  On a case by case basis, SROC will offer credit or a full refund less shipping costs & other expenses incurred for the return of the purchased item.    SROC will not accept returned goods without an authorization number.			 Goods to be returned must be in new condition and in their original packaging and should be returned within 2 weeks of receipt of goods.	  Privacy Policy SROC has access to customer information (Name, address, contact details) for shipping and billing purposes.   This information will be kept in the Company and will not be sold or rented out to third parties.  Sales Terms & Conditions This is a wholesale website and inquiries from legitimate businesses are welcome.  SROC will not accept orders from clients with email addresses at free mail services.
