Based on infomation given, SROC shall give an authorization number and instructions and may replace the product. On a case by case basis, SROC will offer credit or a full refund less shipping costs & other expenses incurred for the return of the purchased item. SROC will not accept returned goods without an authorization number. Goods to be returned must be in new condition and in their original packaging and should be returned within 2 weeks of receipt of goods.
